The center processes applications for telecom equipment’s network access, manages telecom equipment’s network access and testing, and formulates technical requirements for telecom equipment testing; organizes the supervision of quality management system of enterprises that file the application for network access and technical supervision of important equipment of such enterprises; prints, distributes, and assesses permits and logos of network access to telecom equipment, and assists in supervision after permits are issued;conducts statistical analysis of approved telecom equipment; and builds and maintains computer system for network access management.
