China Telecommunication Technology Labs (CTTL) Became the Authorized Laboratory of Japanese Telco KDDI

CTTL became the authorized laboratory of Japanese telco KDDI for wireless terminal storage testing on November 19, 2018. Mr. Yamada Yasuji, Deputy Director of Commodity CS of KDDI, and Mr. He Guili, Vice President of CAICT, signed the agreement of authorization, which is also the first official authorization for testing services by Japanese telcos to CTTL. From now on, CTTL will conduct formal testing and pre-testing to wireless terminal storage of KDDI. Terminal manufacturers can complete the instrument testing of KDDI wireless terminal storage in CTTL.

KDDI is the second largest telco in Japan. It is a full-service provider with a business system covering fixed communications, mobile communications, and cable TV services, and it also operates mobile virtual networks. In 2009, KDDI signed a MoU with CAICT. The two sides hold seminars in China and Japan very year, and maintain exchange and cooperation in up-to-date technologies, innovations, standards, and policies.

As the leader in the field of certification and testing for domestic electronic information and communications industry, CTTL always takes the attitude of “one-stop service”, continuously enhances its technical skills, improves testing capabilities, and actively obtains rich qualifications and authorizations. Due to persistent efforts, the CTTL has been authorized by KDDI for its wireless terminal testing, which not only enriches the CTTL's qualification and certification system for overseas telcos' terminal testing, but also fully reflects the long-term strength and advantage of CCTL in the area of overseas certification. The CTTL will continue to develop itself and strive to obtain more qualifications and authorizations to help domestic enterprises go abroad.
