This white paper summarizes the importance of user experience-based mobile network quality evaluation as well as the current research status at home and abroad, analyzes and reviews the typical evaluation services and key performance indicators covered by the evaluation system, studies the statistical analysis of evaluation data and the comprehensive weighting model, focuses on the relevant information about the special evaluation of mobile network quality made this time, including the evaluation scenarios, evaluation schemes, evaluation ranking display, data analysis comparison and reason analysis, and finally gives rational policy recommendations based on the evaluation, pointing out the importance of regular special evaluation of user experience-based network quality. This white paper is intended to provide suggestions and references for the development of user experience-based mobile network quality evaluation in China, and experts from all parties are welcome to join in the related research work.
