Abstract
China and CPC have been thoroughly implementing the people-oriented development theory, which demonstrates their people-first value orientation. Under such background, the telecom and Internet industry sticks to a concept of “development for the people, by the people and development fruits shared by the people”, and takes users’ rights and interests protection and sense of gain and satisfaction improvement as the starting point and objective of the industry.
