CTTL-System Laboratory (China Telecommunication Technology Laboratory(CTTL)), belonged to the China Academy of Information and Communication Technology (formerly China Academy of Telecommunication Research of MIIT), is the third-party testing Lab, based on the communication field of electronic information, guided by the market demand, to the government, operators, manufacturing industry, the industry and the public to provide full test range of customer service and technical support, test ability covers all kinds of access equipment, transmission equipment, switching equipment, multimedia communication equipment, gateway, server, security equipment (operating system and protocol), Internet of Vehicles(IoV), Internet of Things(IoT) equipment, cable equipment, wiring equipment, power equipment, photovoltaic equipment, antenna, communication tower, Anti-seismic test, EMC test, product reliability test, energy saving and environmental protection assessment, Hazardous Material test , software Assessment and many other fields.
CTTL-System laboratory undertakes the functions of the national communication metering station and is the highest legal level measurement laboratory in the communications industry. It is the authorized legal Meteorology verification institution established by the State AQSIQ (Administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine).
At present, CTTL-System laboratory has a total of more than 270 staff, including 9 doctors, 76 masters, more than 130 graduates, the state special government allowances of 1 people, 4 professor level senior engineers, 76 senior engineers, 62 engineers and some assistant engineers.
CTTL-System laboratory established ISO/IEC 17025quality management system, and passed the accreditation of the National Accreditation Council of China (CNAS).
CTTL-System laboratory is the China Compulsory Certification(CCC)and inspection organization of the National Accreditation Administration,and the national voluntary certification and inspection authority for the control of electronic information products pollution; and the test laboratory for telecommunication equipment entering network authorized by the the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology
As the third-party testing laboratory, CTTL-System laboratory is the signing Laboratory of many domestic certification Institute, such as China Quality Certification Center(CQC), TLC Certification Center(TLC), China General Certification Center(CGC), CEC and so on.
CTTL-System laboratory is the authorized laboratory of international access system by the United States FCC, the European Union CE and Germany TUV , and the authorized certification laboratory by Bluetooth Technology Alliance (Bluetooth SIG), near field communication forum (NFC Forum) .
CTTL-System laboratory provides all kinds of testing servicesfor major telecommunication operators at domestic and overseas, such as Entrance test for bidding, Sampling test of purchased products, Commission Test. The laboratory is the biggest inspection and testing base for all devicesused in the field of information communication industry.
CTTL is a designated test laboratory for implementation of APEC-TEL-MRA and also the location of the Secretariat for APEC TEL MRA Working Group in China.
