Liu Duo, President of CAICT, Tang Xiuguo, President of Sany Group, He Dongdong, CEO of Shugen Interconnect, and Tang Lai, CEO of Sany Sun Valley, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of the four parties. Ye Dingda, Deputy Director of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Bureau of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), Lian Li, Chief of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Service of MIIT Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Bureau, and Zhang Jingbai, Secretary and Executive Deputy Director of Zhongguancun Changpingyuan Working Committee, attended the signing ceremony.

　　Liu Duo, President of CAICT, said that CAICT has cooperated with Sany Group, Shugen Interconnect and Sany Sun Valley in the fields of industrial Internet, industrial big data, smart manufacturing, interconnected enterprise development, entrepreneurship & innovation, and industrial innovation, and hopes to further strengthen cooperation in the future to advance technological innovation, standard development, test verification, application demonstration, industrialization promotion, and international cooperation in related fields. CAICT will work together with its partners to promote the innovative integration of industrial Internet with manufacturing andexplorethe new model of coordinated development, so as to push forward manufacturing transformation and upgrading in China, she added.

　　Ye Dingda, Deputy Director of the MIIT Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Bureau, pointed out that with the in-depth implementation of the entrepreneurship & innovation initiative, the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have embraced broader channels of innovative development and enhanced their sense and capacity of innovation, while large enterprises have leveraged the advantages in capital, technology, personnel, and market channels to actively build entrepreneurship & innovation platforms for SMEs. A pattern of interconnected development has gradually taken shape, in which SMEs invigorate and are stimulated by large enterprises.
